Last night's episode was great! Jase is gone! I
give the episode an A-.
During the HoH Competition, Adria was the first
one up and no one could even compete with her. At the end, she won.
I cannot believe that Julie told us last night
that the season is half way over. That's disheartening news.

Volume 2, Issue 21
By James m. (Thursday, August 12,
2004– Day 42 in BB House)
[WARNING:
Possible Spoilers follow…]
The Six Finger Plan is
in action. Jase was overpoweringly glad not to be nominated (yet).
No one in the house has
really digested how the twins managed to sneak by them for so long. Other
HGs asked Adria and Natalie many questions, wanting to know who played what
game. Adria and Natalie told the HGs that they always had their hair in
front of their right sides of their faces, in order to disguise their small
differences. Natalie and Adria are so glad to have a best friend in the
house.
Drew and Diane talked
about their alliance and how they need to stick together. Diane said that
the order of people to leave would be Jase, Marvin, and then Michael.
Dancing is now done
often in the Big Brother house. Michael danced very interestingly because he
thought he was really cool. It was funny. Good job Michael for trying!
Karen bakes many cookies
when she is stressed… So, if you do not want cookies, don’t stress out
Karen.
Natalie is very glad
that the HGs are seeing Adria and her as two different people. She cried
because she was so happy they are being looked at as individuals. She also
said that Jase's comments the other night that Adria and Natalie are the
same thing, makes her remember how others on the outside usually react.
"You got bit#*
slapped." Michael said to Jase after the latter figured out that the plan
was to get him out of the house and there is nothing he can do about it.
At the veto game
meeting, Jennifer chose Adria to compete, Marvin chose Will, and Diane chose
Drew. Diane chose Drew because he wanted retribution on Jase. Afterwards,
even Drew lied to Jase, telling him that he wouldn't use it, if he won the
PoV.
The Veto Competition was
"Pop goes the veto". Competing HGs threw darts (three per turn) at balloon.
Underneath the balloons were photos of the competing HGs. The one whose
balloons covering his or her photo are gone, they are out. Diane's green
balloons were popped, meaning she was the first out. Marvin was next and
Jennifer followed. Adria took out Will. It was pre-determined that Drew
would win so that when he used the veto, it would have a more emotional
effect on Jase.
Jase was stupidly happy,
since he doesn't know the plan. Drew told Jase that he wouldn't use it and
even Jase said that Diane would be safe, if the nominees stayed the same.
Michael asked Drew what he was going to do and Drew replied that he would
not use it. Drew even told Jase, "If I go down a Horseman, I go down a
Horseman." That's funny!
Karen: "This house is a
bio hazard." Marvin: "I am living with a bunch of pigs." Natalie took the
opportunity to clean the entire house in order to get rid of the bugs.
Karen and Will want to
hid their alliance so that they can make it further in the game. Adria and
Natalie are an obvious alliance and a big threat to everyone in the game.
They will never "burn" each other, as Natalie described it.
At the veto meeting,
Diane said to Drew, "I know you will do what’s best." Marvin made the house
laugh, saying that he Drew should keep the "brother" in the house, saying,
"Give me the (darn) veto." Drew said that he wants to make sure that the one
he likes stays, so he took off Diane. Marvin said that he likes Drew too,
saying more for comic relief. Jennifer, then, put up JASE.
Diane: "If I didn't hate
Jase so much, I would vote to evict Marvin."
Jase: "Drew betrayed
me... I'm going to try and wreck the Diane and Drew relationship."
PREDICTIONS…
Jase will leave and Michael
(possibly Drew) will vote to evict Marvin, pity votes indeed.

It looks like the new HoH, Nakomis (Jennifer),
has the game figured out. When I first looked at the nominees, I thought
that Jennifer might have gone to the dark side.
I am proud to report that she hasn't. She has
meticulously thought out her nominees like no other Head of Household
before.
SPOILER (highlight blank spots)... Jennifer nominated ... Diane and Marvin
... She did so because during the veto competition one of the girl alliance
members would win (because of the way only people can choose who gets to
play the game). The plan that whoever wins PoV will take ...
Diane ... off the Block and Jennifer would put
up ... Jase ... This is the perfect plan
because then the nominees would be solid and ...
Headless Horseman Jase ... would be going home. Let's just hope that
her plan works.

[WARNING:
Possible Spoilers follow…]
I would grade last night’s
Big Brother 5 episode as an A+. This was the best episode of
Big Brother this year.
Marvin talked to Diane
and she told him that she will not be played as a puppet. Diane: “You just
need to trust me.” Diane helped comfort Marvin, saying that things are not
as bad as they seem and he will not be voted out of the house.
Scott, Jase, and Drew
talked to Adria and then called her out, saying that the time has arrived to
pay back her debt. Last week, Scott made sure that Adria would not go and
now Scott wanted the favor back; he didn’t want to leave the house. He
“saved her butt last week” and she needs to return the favor. It looked like
Adria might be the tie-breaking vote. (However, what she needed to remember
was that Natalie, her twin, would be coming into the house and help her play
the game.)
Will, Jennifer, Karen, and Diane were all
outside while the Horsemen were talking to Adria. They knew what was going
on and that Adria needs to stay with her alliance, evicting Scott from the
house. Will: “We are currently between a rock and a hard place. Adria is the
swing vote.” Diane said that if Adria goes against their alliance, it’s over
between Adria and the others. She will have a much bigger target on her
back.
Julie Chen, host,
checked in with the HGs (HouseGuests). Julie noted that last week’s Head of
Household (HoH) Competition was the longest in Big Brother history,
clocking in at more than nine and a half hours. Will said that at last
week’s HoH Competition he was third place because he saw the look in Diane
and Jase’s eyes and knew that he could not compete with them. Jase said that
he has been acting crazy lately because he realized that he came into the
game to have fun and after finding out there is a possible he could be
evicted, he wanted to make sure to get that fun out of the game. Adria said
that since her close call with last week’s eviction, she has been blessed
not to be up on The Block again. Karen told Julie that her options are to
sleep next to the girls or the gay guy. She said being married, thus being
surrounded by hoards of singles, is not easy, but everyone is respecting her
and the union.
Into the Diary Room (DR)
to hear what Jase, Karen, Michael, and Jennifer thought about who to evict.
Jase said that he likes Marvin better, though he is in an alliance with
Scott. Karen said that she knows about the alliance between the Horsemen and
she believes that without Scott, Jase and Cowboy (Michael) would be weak.
Jennifer holds a vendetta against Scott because he lied to her. Michael said
that if Scott goes, the Four Horsemen will be weaker. Jennifer said that the
only way Marvin would be a threat against her (in the next week) is if he
would be mad at her. Michael: “Marvin should have gone last week and he
didn’t.” Jase: “I vote to evict Marvin.” Jennifer: “I vote to evict Scott.”
Michael: “I vote to evict Marvin.” Karen, of course: “I vote to evict
Scott.” Dun-dun-dun: the vote is tied 2-2. I wonder if Big Brother
producers did this on purpose? (Rhetorical question, naturally.)
Diane and Drew have a
lot in common: both are tough competitors, were HoH, and both have identical
twins. We found out about Drew’s twin, Ben. Drew said that he is the bad
twin. Lindsey, Diane’s twin, is the good twin. Diane said that she is the
“cute twin.” Lindsey: “I think Drew is too good for her.” Ben: “I was so
pumped when Drew stood up to Jase… He gained a lot of respect.” Lindsey said
that Diane is “just a big mush” and doesn’t know when to shut her mouth. Ben
and Lindsey said that the twin twist would shake up the house, but Drew
would definitely be okay with it.
Diane said that the
power of HoH is great and she was glad that she was the first woman HoH. She
said that she was still kicking herself about loosing the PoV (Power of
Veto) for Will. She described her “relationship” with Drew was one of the
most special things she has had in her life.
In the DR: Will said
that Scott would automatically stab him in the back. Adria said that she
doesn’t like Marvin this week and that Scott said he would protect her.
Adria knew that she would have a huge target on her back with Natalie
entering the house last night. Will voted to evict Scott. Drew voted to
evict Marvin. Adria: “I vote to evict… (Giggles) It’s just not rolling off
my tongue.” (Vote stood at 3-3.)
Julie talked with Scott
and Marvin. Scott said that he wants to thank his family and that “he likes
women.” Scott will miss Michael and his bathtub adventures, Jase’s
craziness, and he would miss everyone. Marvin: “Ditto.” Marvin said that he
has had fun. “Thanks for voting for me to stay (whoever did).” He
appreciated the opportunity and that it has been fun getting to know Scott.
The results revealed
LIVE – Julie: “By a vote of 4-3, Scott you are evicted from the Big
Brother house.”
When Scott was leaving,
Jase said, “It’s on.” Michael, Jase, and Drew hugged Scott. Scott was
somber. When Scott opened the door, one of the Horsemen said that “we need
to win this,” referring to the HoH Competition. Before Scott’s exit
interview, Jase went into the back room and said, “Ultimate betrayal.” Then,
he started lifting weights.
Scott said that the
power got to their heads and he was absolutely astounded. If Holly would
have been in the house, Julie said Scott could have stayed. Scott said that
he didn’t regret his decisions. He said that his white lies were made so
that people would not think of him as a threat. He said that also regretted
lying. “I took the game too far.”
In the goodbye messages:
Drew said that Scott has been on of the coolest guys in his life. Will said
that he had to go with a group decision. Michael said that the Horsemen
would go up to the final two in his honor. Karen said that she was on the
fence right before voting. Jase said that it was Scott’s fault that he was
evicted because of Holly’s eviction. Adria and Natalie said goodbye to Scott
and his reaction was, “I knew that… it was the eyes.” He had a great smirk
on his face. Scott said that the other HGs would break out, especially Jase.
“Natalie will be gone (evicted)… I want to break down those doors and tell
the other HouseGuests.”
Time for Natalie to
enter the house: Julie said that the HoH Competition was based on
observation, but before that Julie asked Diane how many HGs have been
playing the game. She responded, “13.” Julie: “You are incorrect.” Julie
said that there have been fourteen people playing since the beginning.
Michael: “Oh shoot!” Michael said that he thought it was Holly’s twin, which
doesn’t exist. Jase even prognosticated that Scott had a twin. Julie said
that the players had reached their goal and deceived the house. As Adria was
sitting on the couch looking nonchalant, the door to the Diary Room opened.
Natalie, Adria’s twin, emerged and there was uproar in the house. Jase was
shocked and angry at the same time. Will said that he knew about it. Jase
said to Adria, “You are the biggest liar ever for doing that.” It was the
best moment in Big Brother history.
The HoH Competition was
again based on observation. Julie asked true-or-false questions and the last
player standing wins. Here are the following questions asked during the
competition:
There are 4 light-blue
stools in the kitchen? FALSE. There are three. Everyone got it correct.
There are four blue
bowls hanging…? FALSE. There are three. Marvin, Michael, Drew, and Jase are
eliminated.
The flowers in the vases
in the wood room are purple? TRUE. Natalie was eliminated.
Across from the memory
wall, there is sculpture of an apple? FALSE. It is a pear. Everyone is
right.
Eight noses on the face
sculpture? TRUE. Everyone got it wrong except for Jennifer. Jennifer is the
new Head of Household. She is the most observant HG. The girl alliance is
definitely happy. Jase showed extreme bitterness. The guys totally were not
ready to play after finding out about Natalie.
Julie talked to the HGs.
Natalie said that she has been participating in the game since day one and
loves everyone. She said that Adria and her are extremely a lot alike. “You
guys are awesome.” Will said that he almost caught onto it. He said that
sometimes he could see Adria’s birthmark, but didn’t put “two and two”
together. Karen said that she is disappointed that she didn’t catch on. She
did notice that Natalie talks faster than Adria.
What a twist! What a
great episode!
OPINIONS…
Well, Big Brother is
going well now. Jase is now the Headless Horsemen and maybe the rest of them
will be turning the same soon. Again, Julie Chen’s “true at heart” might
come out on top after all, meaning the Jase is condemned to eternal
damnation. Yes!

Nods – Coming Soon; POV – Coming soon, more to come in tomorrow’s late
edition. Bye for now.

THE
DAILY SCOOP™
Volume 2, Issue 18
By James m. (Wednesday, August
04, 2004– Day 34 in BB House)
[WARNING:
Possible Spoilers follow…]
I would grade last
night’s Big Brother 5 episode as an A-.
Diane said that if she
had to pay later for who nominated, then so be it. She needed to get the
strongest players up and out. She told Scott that he is up mainly for
protection against the veto and Jase getting off the Block. Scott talked to
her and told her Marvin needs to go for he is the strongest player. Diane
saw right through him and knew that Jase still needs to go.
Diane told Will and
Jennifer about what Scott said to her. Will said that at least Marvin makes
his own decisions, while Jase controls Scott.
Digressing, Will and
Diane rant about how sexy Drew is and how he can do nothing to deter his
beauty. They drooled over Drew washing his clothes. Will told Diane that he
could imagine a breakout fantasy with Drew in it.
Drew and Scott talked in
the Cloud Room. Scott said that whoever wins PoV (Power of Veto) would take
Jase off the Block. Drew said that his current advantage is that he talks
with Diane and can get inside scoop before anything happens.
"Marvin is the
jokester," Drew said in the Diary Room. Marvin said that his job is
depressing so he always like to lighten the mood. Will said that Marvin is
like a "24-hour hotline to Chris Rock." Marvin said that his comedic ways
are not strategy, just personality.
Aw… Poor Michael! He’s
homesick. His son's birthday is coming up. Michael: "They're my life... It's
just hard," Cowboy talking about his family.
Time to paint some pigs.
Karen was ecstatic being she is a sketch artist for a living, so she is very
artist and loves being creative. Karen 's pig looked the coolest with
cowboy-like suspenders. Scott made a scary, psychologically demented pig. It
could give anyone nightmares.
Drew and Diane snuggled
again for the umpteenth time. Diane told him that she hopes she is "not a
violin" being played "hardcore" by Drew. He responded that he isn't playing
her, but instead he is using her to try and persuade her to put Marvin up,
if Jase is taken off the Block. (Though, he did not say the latter part.)
Will poked fun at Cowboy
(Michael) because "he is the most unattractive person in this house." He
flirted with him behind his back, while Michael was playing golf. It was
very comical. The girls that were sitting in the hammock especially thought
it was hilarious.
For the Veto
competition, Diane chose Will, Scott picked Drew, and Jase picked Cowboy.
The Veto Competition was based on the pigs that were just painted the
previous day or so. The participants had to place coins in the other
players’ piggy banks. The person, who got closest to 20 coins in their bank,
without going over, would win the competition and the Power of Veto. After
every player had a chance to put chips in at least two banks. Here were some
of the results: 11 chips for Will. Jase won because he had 18 chips. Diane
had too many (over 20) and later she realized that if she would have put all
of her chips in Jase's pig, then he would have gone over, making Will the
winner.
Jase and Scott went in
the HoH Room to speak with Diane. They told her to put up Marvin; she would
then be saved next week. Well, whatever she does, she should not
trust them. I say just get rid of them (the Horsemen), even if that means
her place in the game is compromised.
Diane said that the
painting in the Head of Household Room looked odd. Adria, Jennifer, Will,
and Diane all were very suspicious and they wonderful what was behind the
faux work of art. Finally, Jennifer found the remote. Karen entered the room
after the revelation and asked if the five men knew about it. Diane said
that she was fairly sure they did know about the spy screen and they
hid it from them (the girls) for a month. Adria said that that was just
another reason the guys need to go.
Will and Jase talked
with each other in the HoH Room and (I guess) sort of formed a secret
alliance. Jase said that as long as Will is nice and doesn't put up him next
week, if he gets HoH. Will said in the DR (Diary Room that if the girls get
into power next week, the alliance is fake, but if the guys win, the
alliance is a go. Will just wants another week inside the house. Jase said
that he won't tell the guys to specifically protect Will, just to not
mention his name in the nominating thought process.
Adria talked to Diane
and the other girls in the HoH room and said that if Marvin is put up, then
the guys know that Diane can be used as a puppet. Well, being a puppet might
get her further in the game, right? At least until the guys get sick of
Diane.
Marvin got his hair cut
by Diane, in order to get closer
with Diane so that he might not be put up for eviction. This was pretty
funny.
Natalie and Adria switch again. Natalie told Adria about the spy
screen in the HoH room. Adria told Natalie that her goal is not to be
discovered so that they can enter the house on Thursday.
At the veto meeting, Jase, with his spiked hair like devil horns,
was making fun of the veto competition. Will was angry because Scott and
Jase were dressed in his clothes. Will: "They are about as erotic as a wet
T-shirt contest in a nursing home." Jennifer said that the veto meeting
should not be a joke. Jase told the other HGs to "kiss his a**" and that he
was coming back and going to win. Marvin said that he doesn't know if he was
put up on the Block to be evicted or just to be up there to get Scott out.
I guess we’ll see on
Thursday night…
PREDICTIONS…
Who will be leaving LIVE Thursday night? I can say that I
want Scott to leave because the Horsemen would be hurt severely.
Here are my following vote-pre-caps:
Adria, Jennifer,
Karen, and Will
will vote to evict Scott (this
better happen). Drew,
Jase, and
Michael will vote to evict Marvin
(this is a definite; they wouldn’t vote Scott off, unless they are all on
drugs). So if all goes well, Scott will be leaving the house.
Since the BB5 House is so unpredictable Marvin could go, but I
seriously doubt it.
THE CURRENT SCOOP…
Week Four: HoH – Diane;
Nods – Marvin (formerly Jase) and Scott; POV – Jase (he used it); more to
come in Friday’s Edition. Bye for now.
