Original Report - BB6 House moved
It has been known for about a week now that the Big Brother 6 house has moved and, quite possibly, already demolished to make room for other CBS affiliates (the explicit information is superfluous). The house is to be relocated to the sound stage that held Yes, Dear months ago.
TVguide.com reports:
" [CBS] will debut a sixth round of Big Brother, featuring a new, two-story house built in the same studio that Yes, Dear once called home. I can't be certain, but I think that's CBS' subtle way of saying Brother will suck worse than it usually does. "
Doing some homework, Let's Talk... found exactly where the house will be moved, using aerial photos provided by Keyhole.com. It appears in that picture that a backyard will, basically, jut out of the studio and into the side building. (Note: #1 is the old house, while #2 is where the two-story house will be built, aiding the producers in creating a better house.

"We've had a chance to improve on the whole layout," Executive Producer Shapiro told Variety, calling the new house "a whole new beginning." Executive Producer Grodner said having two stories means "our cameras will be able to get real aerial shots. It will definitely look and feel different, maybe a little more like a loft space." New house will still have a backyard, including a pool nearly twice as big as the old house's wading hole.
As soon as more information becomes available, Let's Talk... will update all posted information.
